I bought this bed for my 12 year old daughter. Aesthetically, this bed is a gorgeous piece of artwork. I would hang the head board up as solely art. The bed was very easy to put together. I did it by myself in six hours which is good for me with a busy toddler. The headboard doesn’t lay flush against the wall so there is a gap. It’s due to the way the legs hold the headboard in place. It says there is no need for a box spring but there is. I included a picture of it without a box spring. It sits too low and you see the legs. So, I definitely added the box spring.
