Every time your child dresses appropriately for the weather, reward them with a virtual star! And, for added incentive, watch for other fun surprises alongside the Weather Smart KID! For more weather insight, this indoor weather station provides the outdoor temperature with a trend arrow, a freeze indicator, and a comparison to yesterday’s conditions. This wireless weather alarm clock displays the date and time, features a snooze feature and momentary backlight, and requires three (3) AAA batteries (not included). The outdoor sensor requires two (2) AA batteries and has a 165-foot-maximum wireless range, and is a great birthday present, Christmas gift, or stocking stuffer!

My son cannot equate thermometer numbers with the weather (ex- 32 degrees requires a winter coat.). So the computer image dressed in the appropriate clothing is super valuable. That being said, the weather station would score a 5 star if: 1. The clothes on the boy were a little more distinct- it is hard to tell the t-shirt from the tank top. 2. The weather station were programable to local weather (ex- dry Colorado weather at 65 degrees is "warmer" that damp NY weather at 65 degrees.) Thank you for creating a weather station that fills this niche.. Bonnie. Undisclosed. Sun May 19 2024
