Not quite as shown. It is just the middle Clubhouse piece with no connected pieces that you are paying for. I’ve had this piece in the past , so I knew what I was getting, but others may be mislead from this photo. Putting the first three pieces together did not start off well. One of the pieces would not screw together. Very frustrating! Finally got the pieces to come together but once I finished building it the corner came apart when it was moved. For the price I paid for the Catio I expected a better quality frame and cover.
