What a fun project to do for date night! Once we figured out that 6 is fine to start with and work down to 1 it was smooth sailing. It has two noodle settings the fettuccine is the one we made because the spaghetti is really angel hair pasta. The attachment is easy to put on and easy to clean. You just let it dry put and brush.
