The cold brew coffee maker is easy to use and clean. It's heavy because it's glass, but I wanted glass.. Emily. Waynesboro, VA. Tue Aug 11 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was looking for a way to make cold brew at home and am glad I found this one from Kitchen Aid! One thing i did not realize is that the unit is glass and not plastic, the interior strainer is stainless. I am also glad I went with the larger one as opposed to the smaller one. You cannot go wrong with this!. Rt Builds. Thu Jun 04 2026

I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't leak. I do wish that it was a little taller. It is extremely easy to clean and I'm very happy overall.. Claudine. Bucyrus, OH. Sun Aug 16 2026

Was looking for a coffee maker that has a removable water reservoir. The only issue we have with it is that the water holes in the coffee area get plugged up if we use over a certain amount of coffee. So we really have to be diligent about how much coffee is used and also make sure that the coffee isn't ground too small. It makes a great cup or pot of coffee.. Joyce. Overton, NV. Mon Apr 20 2026

Love this coffee maker! We use it almost everyday. Easy to use and doesn’t take up too much counter space. Love that you can make just 1 cup of coffee or a whole carafe. Anonymous. Tue Sep 08 2026
