Delivery was fantastic — they carried it up two flights of stairs and helped us move the older couch out of the way. It was also much faster than we anticipated. The couch is firm but also really supportive — very comfortable. We haven’t tried the mattress yet. Like other customers, the color was much different than what we expected, so we weren’t sure we were going to keep it. But it fits well into our tiny space and is super comfy. I needed a small pull-out sofa for a home office/guest room. The couch is surprisingly comfortable and supportive. The height is perfect and the cushions are pretty stuffed. The fabric is a bit rough, but I was limited in options due to size constraints in the room. It came a bit stained in some areas, but Customer Service was beyond helpful and responsive. We were in frequent communication and came to a great resolution. The twin pull-out is easy open/close and works well for my needs. Over all, I’m happy with the purchase.. Jennifer. Thu Dec 26 2024
