It has a frame made from metal that is mostly concealed by the acrylic shade, which has a nubby look in a neutral hue that softly diffuses the light from the three 40W bulbs (not include). This fixture suspends less than 6”, so is a good choice for rooms with low ceilings. As it is rated for dry locations only, it is not suitable for a full bathroom or a damp location. This flush mount is LED-compatible.

Delivered as promised. This ceiling lamp looks great , can be used with a dimmer switch and gives plenty of light with three 40 bulbs. This ceiling light is absolutely gorgeous!!! It is made very well, easy to install to an existing light port you already have, the material is so beautiful and the fullness of all the globes on the one base is amazing. We live at the beach. It is perfect for our beach bath ceiling but I think if you ordered several of them you could use them on the ceiling of an entrance hallway all the way down hall. It would look amazing!! The price is great as well. Especially for the quality!! You could also use over a kitchen sink where that little light is. Or, anywhere you want!! You have to make it part of your home somehow.
