The first one I ordered was dented and had a loud tapping noise that wouldn’t go away. The manufacturer rep said it was seriously damaged. The second one is working perfectly and very quiet. The customer service from Wayfair and the manufacturer was also five stars. I was very impressed.. Deborah. Brackettville, TX. Tue May 19 2026
