UPS was not kind to the chairs we ordered, Corner “dinged” by obviously dropped from a few feet. One of the attachments from the back to the support was missing (not in the box, could have easily fallen out of the tattered box). We like the chairs but not the shipper. The chairs were a HIT. Bought them for an additional breakout room for the office. Comfy, sturdy and do not scratch the floor. They match the room and went along with the circular meeting table purchased through this site. They came pre-built in a large box, not worn or broken.
