Delivery was awesome. I’m an elderly petite woman. My FedEx delivery guy was most helpful bringing the heavy boxes in. I went to Marshall’s and found the right color of blue bedding to match. Sorry Wayfair, but I didn’t want to take a chance on ordering on line. I wanted to see the colors before purchasing. There’s so many variations of blue. I’m very pleased with my purchase. I have bought many items from Wayfair and have been overall satisfied. My girlfriend just bought a loveseat and recliner from Wayfair because of my raving of how satisfied I am. She said that during Labor Day weekend she shopped at the local furniture stores and was told delivery would be 2-4 weeks. Mine was 2 days. This is a great bed, easy to build, sturdy, and the color is lovely. Our youngest loves his new big boy bed. We love all the storage for a small room. We also appreciate the drawers being on casters so that it’s easy to move them out to vacuum under the bed. I have a few minor gripes: figuring out the placement of the slats was awkward (it has improved from an earlier version of a similar bed, where each slat had to be screwed in; this one is easier). It would help to have guide marks on the frame as to where the slats should go. When the bed is finished, screws on the headboard are visible above the pillow. I don’t know why they’re not facing the back of the headboard. Lastly, I wish there were a cover for the drawers so that the things stored inside don’t get easily dusty. It’s a super pretty bed and exactly what I wanted but we got a memory foam mattress that comes in a box and since there isn’t enough wood slats that go across, the mattress was falling to the floor through the very large gaps. We were able to just get pieces of ply-wood cut to put under the mattress and that seems to be working fine! Other than that it was super easy to put together. Purchased this queen bed frame for a vacation rental and so far we have been very happy with it. It is solid, well made and a great value for the price. It sits low but that’s what I needed due to a window nearby. I bought another frame for 100 less on wayfair and the quality was not great I should have just spent a bit more and gotten a second one of these, would buy again. Great quality! The good news is I put the bed together by myself. The bad news is that working on it by myself took about 7 hours to complete. The frame is solid the stairs are great, but the instructions while detailed left a little to be desired. The diagrams were on the smaller side and it did not detail if a part had to go on a certain way. The good news is on the occasion I made an error it was easy to correct. My daughter loves this bed.
