This is a very nice set of three baking sheets, and I like having the different sizes to choose from depending on what Iām making. The pans feel sturdy and well made, and the textured surface gives them a nice, substantial feel.
We used the smallest pan to bake sweet potato fries, and they turned out very well. The textured bottom seems to help with air circulation underneath the food, and the fries baked nicely and evenly.
I also appreciate that the three pans nest together for easier storage. The only small issue I noticed was a minor cosmetic blemish on the smallest pan. It does not affect the performance at all, so it wasnāt enough for me to lower the rating.
