So I believe I bought this jelly roll pan a couple of years ago. I am careful to wash and dry immediately after each use. I don't put it into the dishwasher and avoid harsh chemicals. There's a lot to love about these pans. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their weight.
