Well packaged - and all parts accounted for. Looks very sleek… touch screen. It’s a little big - the grinder is enough for a few cups of coffee. The milk frother is detached- you have to connect a tube to use it. I guess it’s a nice option if you don’t need it - easier for cleaning too. It’s a little loud in my opinion but I have no other to compare it to. Not sure if other machines are “quiet.” I like how every component can be removed to clean.
