The vanity itself is beautiful and functions perfectly. I love the organized compartments inside the drawer—everything has a place, so the countertop stays clear. The only drawback was that it arrived without the mounting brackets. Although they were supposedly “in processing” for months, they never shipped. I ended up purchasing brackets separately and rigging them to fit the sink, which was frustrating. Wayfair did compensate me for the inconvenience, and aside from that hiccup, the sink is exactly what I wanted for my bathroom renovation.. Clara. Islip, NY. Wed Sep 24 2025

The top of the vanity was in tact without any issue. The base was a MESS: the back rail which supports the sink top was cracked, the drawer glides were off on one side but on for the other, and there was ZERO padding or styrofoam around the box to protect it. Wayfair customer service has not been helpful either....they initially said I would receive a replacement by a certain date and then the next day said it would take an extra week (it also took three weeks to be delivered in the first place). The option for a full refund is unfeasible seeing as the product is in multiple parts and the box had to be cut open in order to see the full extent of the damage. I requested an 80% refund to allow for repurposing the drawers as planter boxes but Wayfair was unwilling to accommodate me. Very disappointed with the poor quality of the product and service.. This is a great and modern-looking vanity. I bought the lacquer white finish vanity. Keep in mind that the bottom two drawers are not the same (even though they look the same from the front). The back of one of them is lower than the other one. The one with a lower back should be placed in the middle so that the back of the drawer does not bump into the P-trap/plumbing.. Alienor.
