In all honesty, this was not my first choice of vanity. We were building and the one we wanted would not be in stock for several months. I am so glad we went with this one. beautiful modern style and better looking than price would suggest compared to similar products that I looked at; I do not regret buying things to keep in mind: know your water ins and outs, I live in an old condo and most of the back and some of the shelf floor had to be cut out to accommodate pipes; there is not a backsplash so keep this in mind especially if there is wallpaper behind it; the safety drain is chrome which was unfortunate bc all other hardware in the bathroom is black. I love the look of these vanities. We bought the 36” For the powder room section, and the 30” for the bathroom side. They were pretty easy to install, however the drawer bumps into the pipe so my husband had to sort of rig it. You can’t use the dividers in the 30”. I was pretty disappointed about that.. Christine.
