This was an open box item that came with one of the bracket broken although wayfair ensures they inspect all open box items. I was able to get a small credit since it was open box and was suggested to add gorilla glue in which I did purchase. Overall super easy to assemble and it is very esthetically pleasing.. Nastassja. Great chairs, putting them together isnt too hard, read the directions( big screws in front) and if you have proper tools to access the tight spots its pretty simple. We did 2 in an hour, unwrapping the chair took almost as long (good packaging). The cushions are pretty stiff but should get worn in soon.. Anonymous. Sat Oct 11 2025
