The comforter arrived a few days after ordered. It was well packaged in a vacuum sealed bag. I did place it in the dryer for a few minutes to fluff it up. I found no need to iron the item. It is very pretty and true colors to the photo. I gave it 4 stars because the pillow shams did not match with the same design. I think the manufacturer should take more care with that. This bow patterned duvet set is absolutely adorable. It would look equally cute in both a girls room or a guest room. My main complaint is - the size we got was full/queen and it definitely leans more towards “full-sized” because it is much too short for the bed we put it on. It’s also not quite wide enough either. I feel like when we stuff it with a down insert it will look even shorter. I recommend sizing up if you have a Queen sized bed. This may require the purchase of a new down insert but it will be worth it not to have a duvet that’s too short! Also the material is not quite as silky as I hoped for. It feels pretty nice , but I think this was primarily targeted to be kids bedding which is never quite as soft as high thread count luxury bedding.
