Edited: Wayfair and the manufacturer decided to send me the missing crystals (they haven’t arrived yet but i feel confident they will) rather than me having to get the incorrect frame they sent removed. It’s stunning and will be more so when i get all the crystals) My star rating will be determined by how the issue I’m having is handled. I ordered this at the beginning of a bathroom renovation, so it wasn’t installed until after 30 days. I had ordered the 9 light chandelier but what was sent was the frame for the 13 light chandelier and the crystals that are for the 9...so I’m short crystals/have wrong frame. Since the frame is installed, what would be easiest would be for the number of crystals that we’re short to be sent (rather than having to have an electrician in again to remove/replace frame).
