Returning, unfortunately. The color is not glossy and much more dark brown with ashy undertones than pictured. There is no warmth in the color. We truly love this sofa. It is very soft and comfortable, whether you want to sit a little upright and read or lean in for a movie night. I love that the armrests are cushiony and work like a pillow.
