Overall I think this chair is fantastic, exactly what I wanted / needed and a massive upgrade from what I had before. The leather feels nice and rich and overall I am happy with the build quality.
The slight nitpicks I will mention though are, however, that the leather appears a bit thin when looking at the included square patch, though time will tell. The base where the rollers are attached is not a solid piece of wood but rather a metal frame covered in wood, this is both good and bad in ways. Good in that the cair is more sturdy and I am confident the weld will not fail, bad in that because the wood is laid over and not tightly secured, it can move quite a bit and leads to the piece feeling cheap. There is very little heigh adjustment range for the piston that is included, though they are upfront about this in the product specifications, only about an inch and the seat already sits higher than the average chair in my opinion.
In addition some things to note that are neither positives or negatives, the seat and cushions are quite firm, though maybe they relax over time. The chair is also made to the average person, so people who are tall or short may find the chair slightly uncomfortable. Chair is rated to 250 lbs and I'd say that is probably accurate, the seat is not narrow but if you are wider at the hips it may be a struggle to sit properly.
