9826 Follow up review So after my review, I did reach out to the company for a replacement I was first offered a discount, but I really wanted a replacement for one pillow. They agreed to a replacement and I just received it today. They actually sent another set not just one. To me that goes above and beyond. I have the pillowcases in the wash and the pillow inserts in the dryer. I am bumping my review up to five stars for customer service and for quality. If for some reason, it changes, I will repost again. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again as they back their product and their product looks and feels great. 82026 Original review I love this pair of apple green pillows with pom-pom edge! The order arrived fairly quickly and was well packaged. The inserts were vacuum packed. I followed the instructions to put them in the dryer on high for 10 minutes to re-fluff them and that did exactly what it was supposed to. They are full and fluffy with some firmness. The fabric is smooth and soft to the touch, not shiny. The zipper is well hidden and fairly easy to open. The instructions on the pillow cases were to wash first and tumble dry on low. I did so but lost a pom-pom in the wash cycle and some of the others look a bit compromised. I’m not happy about that because the pom-pom that was lost is actually on the top of the pillow so it is noticeable there are others that look like they are just hanging by a thread so I’m not sure about the longevity of the pom-poms, which is disappointing..
