When I ordered felt really excited about this one. After waiting for 2months the product arrived . After setting up started noticing issues one after other. Issues: a) the power recliner is making noise and not working as intended. b) The chaise was missing a leg so not able to use it. c) There are lot of wear and tear on all the items such as recliner , the wedge, armless recliner. d) Overall paid like $6k +tax but after this product felt like it, any thing but a $6k worth product. Great quality leather. Took forever to arrive. Ordered at the beginning of November, received in February. One recliner has a bent frame I’m trying to get replaced now but have had no response since submitting a warranty request. Kara. Lawton, OK. Tue Apr 21 2026
