Couch is very nice looking and firm (but not hard) which is great for support which I like. It’s grey so goes with everything. Note the plugs are on the right side of couch loveseat and single seat recliner. Wish it were on the left side as well so we could plug into the closest wall outlet. Delivery team was great! I changed layout to fit our space and was surprised there was a 3rd recliner as I thought it was only the ends. Only 3” needed from wall to fully recline back.
