It’s a beautiful desk - even more so in person actually. The usb cable near where my monitors would go is the slightest bit torn. They were unable to send me a replacement for that specific part, so they offered to replace the entire desk, which is pretty awesome, but I didn’t want to go through that entire process again being that my office is upstairs and it would have been a pain to pack up and get back down etc. Instead, I asked them if they could credit me for what I paid for delivery and setup so that we could use that credit towards a desk for my husband, and they were able to do that. Fantastic combo. Lots of good points Both pieces are sturdy and well made. Presets are very useful as is the cable management and charging station. Soft close drawers are great though would have liked the files to be soft close too. I have noticed the motor for the legs makes a quiet beeping noise at all times when plugged in which once heard can be a little distracting.. Anonymous. Wed May 15 2024
