This mid-century lift-top coffee table features a walnut finish and a smooth-lifting tabletop that converts into a work or dining surface. The first issue I had with this table was that the instructions were incorrect. The images were wrong, showing holes that weren't there or not showing holes that were there. The next issue was that many parts and pieces were mislabeled. The next issue was that the holes in the boards were not lined up at all with the gas spring holes, so it wasn't physically possible to drill in the screws without using your own drill to create new holes. The biggest issue, though, was that one of the gas springs was fully broken and not fixable upon arrival. I tried to get a replacement gas spring, but the table was "sold out".
