The console looks great and I'm very pleased with the product. Two design comments that could really improve the overall product: 1. The cable management setup is really not very good. There is a single 2" hole centered in the cabinet (behind the drawers) and an access hole between each side cabinet and the drawer section for the top shelf in the cabinet. There is no access from outside of the cabinet to the bottom shelf, and there is no precut hole in the shelf to allow for passing cables. My solution was to cut a small corner off of the shelf on each side to run cables top to bottom, along with cutting (4) 2" diameter holes to allow for easier cable access to the bottom shelf and prevent cables from interfering with closing the drawers. 2. The drawers are just barely too short to fit DVD cases laying on the side. If the drawers were just 1/4" deeper then DVD's would be able to fit on their side.
