Shopping & making the purchase was great based on selection and price. Delivery was not. I didn't even know this item had been delivered until I heard a noise and saw the guys walking back up the driveway to their truck.... Anonymous. Moravian Falls, NC. Fri Jan 02 2026

The loveseat is great. Just what I expected. Getting delivered was a nightmare and it took over a month to arrive and multiple phone calls. A definite Wayfair fail. I deserve a huge discount coupon. Anonymous. Sun Oct 11 2026

The classic Chesterfield sofa. Featuring the classic Chesterfield sofa design, it is classic and sophisticated. Perfect with any decorative theme, this sofa is the perfect choice for your living room, bedroom or office.

This sofa is hard as cement. The cushions take 2-3 weeks to "inflate". (they come compressed!). when I asked how to return this item (because it is sooo hard), I was told I would have to dismantle it, put it in the original boxes and take it to FEDEX , pay or pay the shipping costs to return it if FEDEX had to pick it up at my house. I paid $98 to have it put together (I didn't realize it was in many pieces) now if I don't like it, I have to pay return shipping, a cost to dismantle it! We are talking about $300 to find out it was too hard to sit on. I am 80 years old and so I guess I am stuck with this cheap piece of junk. Buyer, beware!!. Sherry. Corona, CA. Sat Sep 16 2023
