Even though I am NOT a fan of borders, I am a fan of decoupage and this border worked wonders. I tore it up and stained it with amber furniture paste wax and put it on a desk I had gotten for a couple of dollars at a garage sale. Looks fantastic. I trimmed the desk in antique gold (legs and edge) and I did cover the desk top with plexiglass, but only because I am kind of, a wee bit messy. Durable and perfectly easy to clean.
