At 19 oz, this Griffin GR40 keeps the feel light and the style sharp: black with cream and mirror overlaid points and a black Irish linen wrap. The shaft is 29" hard rock maple with a 12-14" pro taper, capped by a 13mm Tiger Everest tip. It connects through a piloted stainless steel 5/16x18 joint, adjusts in weight, and comes with joint protectors for home or league play.

Katana's carbon version of this cue swaps in a 29" carbon fiber shaft with a 14" hybrid pro taper and an etched Katana logo. The butt shows laminated stained maple between triple brass rings in colors such as blue, red, orange, and sunburst, finished with a black Irish linen wrap. A Uni-Loc joint and extension-ready bumper suit players ready to try carbon.

Built for breaking and jumping, the Action ACTBJZ pairs a 13mm phenolic tip and ferrule combination with a 29" hard rock maple shaft and a 10-12" pro taper. The Action quick release joint makes changing between break and jump setups fast. Natural zebrawood covers the forearm and sleeve with no wrap, and weights from 18 to 21 oz are adjustable, making it a smart second cue for your case.

A rally only feels fair when every ball behaves the same way, and these are made to that standard. Each one measures 40mm, the size approved for regulation tournament play, so practice at your own table carries straight over to a club or league night. They suit casual games in a basement or a garage just as well, and anyone working on placement will feel the difference. Spares come stacked in the box, so a ball that rolls under the radiator or takes a knock never has to stop the evening.

They do what balls do. Case closed . Marni. Phoenix, AZ. Wed Sep 30 2026
