Wayfair representative told me this was a relatively new company they were dealing with. Overall the quality seems ok, but the description compared to what I received is simply wrong. This piece does not have dovetail construction and the item we received does not have a USB port at all. I am also not too sure it has ball bearing drawers as they appear to just be mechanical slides. The look from the front is as it should be. We have initiated a customer service resolution so I will update if they get back to me. I have posted pictures of the drawers to show it is simply not dovetail and for the price, it should be.
