So far this set is great! I didn't realize when I got it that it says it's for low to medium heat and suggests use under 450 degrees. I honestly have no idea how hot the fire on a gas stove gets so hopefully I'll be using it correctly. So far it has been fine and I like everything in the set!. Jessica. Brooklyn, NY.
