Settle into your practice with this soft-yet-supportive bolster, made to cushion the body through yoga, meditation, and slow Sunday stretching alike. It's firm enough to lean into for deep release, yet light enough to move around as your flow changes. And when it needs a refresh, the cover simply comes off and goes in the wash.
