I can’t believe I was finally able to afford these global knives! Anthony Bourdain, of No Reservations fame, said that it was unnecessary to buy numerous different knives. He said all we needed was a Global chef knife and a Global paring knife. I researched this and was disappointed to find that these knives are very expensive since they are world class Japanese knives.
