This was an extremely heavy bed frame and definitely made of solid wood. I gave this bed four stars because I found it extremely hard to put together as I didn’t think the instructions were very well done. Disappointed with the color and quality of the bed frame. It should be listed as gray. Only the center supports are white. Going back and reading the descriptions, it does say it is gray, so my fault. That being said, I attached pictures of the the nice white supports and the gray sides. The color sometimes shows fingerprints, black color that didn’t get spread out, and chipped off areas. It’s called rustic, but for this price range I think it’s simply poorly done and unattractive.
