Wow! Beyond disappointed. Opened box 1 and noticed one of the pieces that was glued together wasn’t quite even. There was a gap. Now before putting this million piece puzzle together, I wanted to make sure I didn’t have a defective part. I chatted with Wayfair. After what seemed like forever for them to receive my photos I uploaded to our chat. I was then informed I needed to upload all of the assembly instructions in order for them to help me. They report they have no access to instructions on merchandise they sell.
Frustrated, I contacted the manufacturer. After 2 days THEY informed me I needed to only go through Wayfair for ANYTHING pertaining to their product if that is where it was purchased.
While I’ve enjoyed all my other purchases from Wayfair… this customer service was enough to loose my business.
The wood is also unfinished and not sanded in corners (see photo) which is not in the description.
I returned both pieces, but am out 60 for shipping.. Anonymous. Thu Feb 12 2026
