Lovely table, easy to assemble (just need to screw on the legs). The storage compartment requires more force than expected to fully close. It arrived with a small scratch on the top- not a huge deal but for the price of the table I would have preferred it with no damage. It also seems that if you don't clean immediately after a spill, it could stain more easily than expected. The coffee table is very nice with a light color. The table requires assembly which is not what’s in the product description. The main problem is that the table is unfinished meaning there is no protection whatsoever from minor bumps and liquid spills. While the instructions indicate how best to look after the furniture, as a coffee table however, it is unlikely to be used where spills and knocks can be avoided - even a moist cloth raises the grain.
