This light is very bright and since my bedroom isn’t huge, it does a great job illuminating every area. I can easily read and see my book clearly. The bendable neck moves easily and stays put in the direction I bend it. Most other lights will slowly bend from the weight of the light, but since this a LED light, it’s not top heavy. The on/off switch is perfectly located in an easy to reach spot, and clicks easily back and forth. I’ve used this lamp every night, since it sits nicely on my dresser, within arms reach.
