It was easy to just plug it in and let it start warming. We used it at home on a random day, but it would be great for parties! The size is compact, but holds a good amount (20 ounces). It is very easy to clean as well, as the removable crock and the lid can go in the dishwasher. As the name implies, you get two in this twin pack, a nice plain pink and a pretty floral design.
