This dresser is exactly the size that was advertised on the website. However, the interior of the drawers are smaller than I anticipated. They also have a rough, unfinished quality. In addition to that, the pictures on the website make it seem like the dresser will have a light, shiny color. In reality, this product is a bit dark, and it has a dull exterior.
When I purchased this item, the website encouraged me to hire a pro on Angi. I was lead to believe that the dresser needed to be assembled. When the pro arrived and unboxed the dresser, we discovered that the product came fully assembled. There was no reason for me to hire a pro. I paid for a completely unnecessary service.
I’ve never used Wayfair or Angi before, so I don’t know how these things usually go. However, I received several contradictory messages, telling me that the product would be delivered at different times, and the pro would arrive at different times. The delivery men were nice, but there was a language barrier, and I found it impossible to communicate with them.
