I washed them in Dawn soap water with a rag prior to use, by the next day I had see through areas on my dinnerware set. I contacted customer service. They immediately got me a new set. I even then talked to the seller directly to find out what happened. I received a completely new set free of charge. You can see the difference. I’m grateful and satisfied with my purchase.
