Not exactly what I expected. First, I had to wait 3 months for this rug to arrive and the delivery date was rescheduled 3 different times. I tried to get delivery information and was told it’s back ordered after 40 min phone call still had no answers of when I’ll receive these two large rugs I ordered. Finally, it arrived and it was folded in small folds, once I laid it straight the rug is full of lines. After looking closer the rug also had several threads pulled.
