Took me about 20 minutes just to get it out of the box and unpacked, then it took way too long to assemble. I have a bad back and neck and it’s not easy for me to sit on the floor for more than a few minutes at a time. There is a part of assembly with what they call the long axis (axsi is printed in the book) that is really frustrating because you have to remove their bolt and washers from one end to install and it is covered in grease. While the assembly was a literally a pain for me, using it seems like it will be worth it. The resistance control is a dial in the center below the monitor which is different for me but seems easy enough. I connected the wires from the monitor to the hand sensors bar the only way they would connect and I’m not getting a reading from it. Honestly that’s not a big deal for me as it does not affect my performance, but I’m sure I’ll have to look at it some more to make it work. I’m just too tired right now to care. I love and highly recommend this elliptical! Though it says hour and a half to put together with one person. It is great for a small compact space and has a long stride.
