I am very disappointed with this product. I ordered 3 pieces for my accent wall. The first 3 arrived cracked. I submitted photos, and the company sent these 3 as their replacement. All 3 are damaged and look horrible. They are burnt from the laser they use to cut the design. They smell very strong of smoke. The site wont let you request an undamaged product because this was their replacement. It seems they sent their defective garbage just to fulfill their warranty, knowing you cant request a replacement again. I have been very patient waiting for the product, and this has set me back on finishing my signature accent wall. I do not recommend buying this product or buying from this company.. Josephine.
