Fast shipping & great product but I got small crack in 1 panel. I installed it on my own so I can't return it anymore & the best way they make is to refund me a 15% the mount of that panel. I bought these because wood shutters have not held up in our climate. These shutters are heavy duty and almost seem like wood but I guess it is pvc. Just installed so I will update once they have been weathered a bit.. Tammy. Escondido, CA. Thu Jan 26 2023
