This machine has brought me so much joy I love using it! Recently, I had a slight issue with the machine and one of their engineers, Kevin, was extremely helpful in walking me through how to fix it. When that didn’t work he put me in touch with Yuki and in minutes they were telling me I would be getting a replacement!! I could not be more grateful or happy with their customer service!. You can decorate the mannequin as your favorite Halloween character and put it outdoors or in the courtyard to add atmosphere for your Halloween! Exhibit your best fashionable apparel with this plastic mannequin. It is perfect to fit all sophisticated clothing stores and studios.

This mannequin is a great value for the money. I've never owned a mannequin with arms before, so I'm struggling to get the arms into the clothes. If I were to buy one again, I'd buy one with more degrees of freedom in the arms to solve this problem. For what I need it for, an upcoming comic con, I will make it work. Only thing that could have gone better was the delivery. When the box arrived, it looked as if it had been opened and re-taped. The box is missing the base plate. The company has offered to send it as a replacement part, but the part is delayed. Hopefully, it will arrive in time for the convention, or I will have to build my own base plate. For now, I have it propped up against the staircase with costuming bins pinning in place to keep it from falling. Note: if you have a dog, they will be very confused when you bring a mannequin into the house. Mine was a bit obsessed with at first, but now ignores them like they are just part of the decor..
