Fantes Aunt Gina’s Pasta Machine with Double Pasta Cutter rolls homemade pasta sheets and cuts spaghetti or fettuccine noodles with consistent results. Its roller adjusts to roll uniform pasta dough into 9 thicknesses (0.5 to 3-millimeters) with the turn of a dial. Easily roll 150-millimeter-wide sheets of pasta dough for ravioli or handcut shapes, or slide on the double pasta cutter attachment to cut spaghetti and fettuccine noodles. The extra-wide clamp secures the pasta machine to work surfaces from 1 to 2.375-inch thick, while the wooden handle offers a comfortable grip during use. Make pasta to cook immediately or ahead of time for future use. A translucent color-bonding process allows the brilliance of stainless steel to shine through for an extra-vibrant color. Made from European-grade steel and wood, Fantes Great Aunt Gina’s Pasta Machine includes the pasta machine with built-in sheeter, double-cutter attachment, clamp, handle, instructions, and Fante’s family recipes. It brushes clean after each use. Look for these additional attachments, both sold separately; Cousin Carla’s Angel Hair and Wavy Lasagna Attachment (No. 12001) and Uncle Nick’s Ravioli Attachment (No. 12002), both sold separately. Fante’s, The Italian Market Original since 1906. Brought to you by HIC, a third-generation family owned and operated company in the USA since 1957.

The Ampia 180 pasta machine will allow to make 3 different types of pasta: roll out 180mm lasagna pasta on 10 levels of thickness from 4.8mm to 0.6mm thanks to its 10-position regulator, taglioni (1.5mm), or even fettuccine (6mm). With 80 years of experience, MARCATO has developed the Ampia 180 machine with rollers in anodized aluminum alloy, studied and patented not to release metals in the paste, as well as hardened steel gears and case hardened for strength. The machine comes with a clamp allowing to fix the machine on a table or a work surface.
