We haven’t used it yet, but this portable water heater looks great. It’s a straightforward design and looks pretty easy to use. Simple dials, not digital, which I prefer. Hooked the unit up and turned on the water and the back end blew water out and down the wall. Just finally got the water lines done. I do not have a warranty card and could not find a phone number. Need to return. I was able to get a new one from the manufactures rep and it works great. Thank you Wayfair team that handled this issue so I am now able to post a 5 star review.. East County Girl.
