So unfortunately I had a problem with my chair hammock and I was not able to assemble it. I will give it 5 starts for the AMAZING customer service I received. I called Wayfair and I spoke to Kylie and she was so helpful in helping me in this situation. I received the box and it was pretty heavy to lift by myself. The parts were all labeled and even though the instructions were not 100 clear, the company wrote a link on how to view the set up of this on YouTube. It is a 6 minute video and looks very detailed and thorough. My issue with this order was that the pre-drilled holes did not align and made this fully unusable. I felt the material of the cushion and it looks durable and feels soft. I hope my next order of this will be perfect! I am just excited to sit in this chair!. Alina. Farmingville, NY. Fri May 22 2020
