Exactly my vibe. I really wanted a more authentic looking fire than most options I saw with LED lights and whatnot and this one fit my request.
Putting it together was a little bit more of a pain, took myself and a friend a couple hours and we scratched it in a couple places while doing to, nothing a black market won’t cover.
I love that you can have the fire effect separately from the heating. The shelves are roomy (but a little unsteady. Again, fixable). The doors were a little tricky to get flush, but the instructions help with that.
My only complaint however, is the fact that the insides where the top panels combined were not painted black, leading to a visible line of the unpainted composite wood (See second picture). This brings my rating to 910, but still very happy with this purchase.. Anonymous. Tue Jan 13 2026
