Ordered this gazebo last year. Went to put it together and some parts were missing. Called wayfair and spoke to them about it and they were going to send replacement parts and they all of sudden wanted to send me a whole new one! I told them it was not necessary and if they could at least give some credit back on my account that I could find someone to build the extra parts. Very sturdy, very well made product! Item arrived in five boxes over the course of several days. Instructions are very clear. All parts were included in the boxes. I was very happy with this gazebo. Packaging was great and all the parts were well labeled and in perfect condition. Instruction manual was fairly easy to read but could have been a drop clearer. I'm 70 years old and put it together myself except for my daughter helping me attach the very top frame. Took me 4 days so I would definitely suggest having at least 1 other person around to help. I love it. You’ll receive 4 large/heavy boxes for this gazebo. The packaging isvvery organized and the instruction are very clear - all in pictures. The gazebo is very time consuming and they recommend 7 people to assemble. We felt 4 could do it but it definitely takes more than 1 or 2. The final product is permanent and sturdy. I would highly recommend - but know this takes more than 1 weekend. But it’s worth the work. We could not even use our patio because it was too hot. We used to have a pool, which was perfect for that area, but no more. We desperately needed shade and this provides it. Very happy with the manufacturer and Wayfair. Would highly recommend.
